We are a charitable incorporated organization registered in England and Wales with company number 11814239.

The charity which was founded on 8th February, 2019 is constituted as a company limited by guarantee.

We are governed by the Articles of Association adopted on 5th March,2019.

Our governing objectives are:

1. To save lives of young people in particular, by advising on dangers of knife crime and promoting longevity.

2. To educate young people in particular, by providing learning support for young people with learning difficulties and are highly likely to be excluded from school.

3. To relieve poverty among young people in particular by providing training on entrepreneurship, skill and talent development.
